Everyone has had good intentions and set goals to become fit (ter): losing some weight, feeling more comfortable in your own skin, being more mindful or simply moving a bit more.
Maybe you have already tried different diets or workouts, but in the end it didn't bring the results you wanted.

How it should be done? Consistent, feasible lifestyle changes will yield the most long-term results. Because of my university background (Human Movement Sciences) and extensive practical experience (15+ years as a trainer and coach), I can translate theory into practice in super efficient, responsible workouts.
Only the most important factor (and the reason that strict diets and workout regimens only work in the short term) is missing here: the fun factor! I believe that fun in both working out and nutritional habits are essential in creating a routine that lasts and prevents things from feeling obligatory.

BALANCE WORKOUTS
Yoga, mindfulness and pilates
Health is not all about training hard, eating right and how you look, but
perhaps most of all about how you feel!
With my Balance Workouts I'll help you find a balance between activity & rest and body & mind.
I will take you into the world of yoga, pilates and mindfulness!
This will reduce stress hormones, negative thoughts and pain. It also results in an improved quality of sleep and training.
Never forget: beauty and happiness come from within!

SWEAT WORKOUTS
Muscle endurance & cardio
With my workouts I promise you will have fun while working on your health! We'll sweat together while we strengthen the whole body,
improve our overall health and happiness.
And all that in just 30 minutes!
To keep my workouts as accessible as possible, you often don't need more than a chair, 2 bottles of water or weights and a mat. It's just a matter of starting my workout video and get going!
A lot of love and time goes into creating varied and effective workouts in which everyone can find a challenge at their own level!
STRENGTH TRAINING
More toned muscles and strength
Strength training makes you feel stronger and look more toned. Building muscle mass also increases your resting metabolism and can therefore contribute to accelerated fat loss.
I have put together a unique program
with which you can build strength in your own way: if you choose my follow-along video, you train with me with lighter weights. If you own heavier weights, the written training is more convenient: you do the specified repetitions per exercise at your own pace.
Losing weight, building strength or starting up after an injury: Strength training is your answer!

NUTRITION COACHING
Creating habits that last
With my nutritional program we'll work on a balanced basis in which we tackle your unhealthy habits and thoughts. You will receive tailor-made nutritional schedules of which you will immediately apply the most important pillars, so that you also learn how to continue this for a long time.
You will find out that anything is allowed (yes, also fast food from time to time!), As long as you keep an 80/20 balance between smart choices and the less healthy options.
No quick fixes, but sustainable changes!
